Dulux colorbond Dune or Beige Royal as exterior render colour??
Roof tiles will be charcoal terracotta (the flat modern ones)

I think either will be fine but i'd lean towards dune because it's more grey'er in hue.

I think it won't be too dark. Colours always look lighter as an exterior colour
I would LOVE to see photos of people's exterior if they've used Dulux Colorbond Dune....
