Dulux Ecru combinations

I am using Ecru various strengths on walls and Whisper White for trims .... I need a feature wall colour in brown tonings (orange accents in the room). I've tried Dulux Namibia and it looks awful! Any suggestions???

Ecru was also one of the colours in my shortlist before.
I paired with with Self-Destruct.

I've had a slight change of heart about my colour combinations ...... now looking for an orange that would compliment ecru. Short list is Dulux Spice of Life or Red Terra or Taubmans Flame Orange or Rapid Fire. Has anyone used any of these colours?
