The doors and walls and skirting boards are to be painted the 1 colour. 1 colour throughout.

Pendants above Island http://www.bunnings.com.au/rouge-living ... p_p7071686

The living areas dont get alot of sun, and flooring pretty dark with a charcoal carpet to mediia and bedrooms.

I think I need a warm white, but just so confused. I like the idea of dulux raku as FW to media and master

Hi alymei, nice selections

Try Dulux Natural White, its a nice warm white.
Hi Michelle,

I'm trying to decide on a light grey wall colour to use throughout my new build and would appreciate your help.

Main flooring is Gran Sasso Sand Matt tiles
Carpets in theatre and bedrooms is a dark grey

Kitchen benchtops is Formica gloss in metropolitan concrete

I'm currently looking at dulux brume half or Rottnest island and am trying to stay away from anything that looks brown, blue or purple.

Thank you

Hi melski, try Dulux Brume 1/2. Get a sample pot.

HA!!! Just looked at the end of your post...looks like Brume it must be for you, we both went for it. lol
Thank you Michelle !
Your welcome, have fun and enjoy your new home

Thank you Michelle !

I would love to see some examples of the finish product melski.

If Michelle could repost hers that would be much appreciated. The photo bucket saga is so annoying whilst trying to decide on stuff for house!!!
Old post, most members from then are not here any more

I can post a photo of the paint swatch.... but I would really have to put my thinking cap on for jobs done in that colour!
Everything is white now... or white...ish!
It's driving me insane! I want a grey and thought brume was it but too blue in the end, I don't know if I'm just sensitive to the blue or it's the paint. Thinking grey pebble but some photos it looks too yellow, but to me the sample sheet I painted looks fine so I'm not sure how a full room would look.

I'm just after a nice neutral grey.
Pure grey?

Is the grey going on a feature wall or being painted on all walls?
These are nice greys.... let me know if you want lighter.
