Hi there,
I know this is a how long is a piece of string question. But any thoughts on what sort of cost for a 2 storey, 7x7m extension as a linked extension. Current house is brick veneer house in Brisbane and extension would be linked to the main house and at the front of the house. It would be just an open living area downstairs and potentially a bedroom and small en-suite upstairs.
