Hi all,
Our neighbors have requested to talk to Council re air flow concerns over a 7m extension we proposed that is next to their yard and pool, not the house itself (our existing house is next to the house itself, extension goes beyond line of their house). Our certifier thinks there is no issue and it’ll be fine but anyone got experience with this? Think the siting variation will be ok? It is less than 2m to the side fence and our house is lower than theirs.
