Blistering in exterior paint work

We had a house painted in January 2018 by a professional painter with a 1 year warranty.

In the January I reported to the painter that there was blistering in the paintwork, he said he would fix it.

Some of the work was fixed in August. I had a look after it had been fixed and notified the painter that there were still other areas that needed fixing. He said they would be done.

As it is a rental property I went to have a look at the next property inspection and notified the painter that there were still blisters in the paintwork that had been there originally.

He decided that he had to call in the Dulux expert to have it tested.

He has now decided it's not his responsibility and does not want to fix the blistering even though it occurred during the warranty period.

Here are a couple of pictures of the bubbling/blistering in the paint work.

Any suggestions on what I can do?

Thanks
I suggest you get a moisture meter and check the Moisture content in Timber
Ideally 10-15%. Goodluck
I read all the info on applying the Dulux paint that was used by the painters, and moisture content should have been checked and below 15% before application according to the specs.
So if the painter followed the specs this should not have happened and I think he should rectify the work.

I concur, but people make non-critical mistakes such as not checking the flashings & Moisture barriers, and it's too late now
The painters off the hook. Contact the painters registration Board

Sorry I'm not sure what you mean by checking the flashings and moisture barrier , where would they be?

It's a 1950s weather board house on concrete stumps
The photos indicate the moisture is on the inside of the wall
Blistering is occurring at the nails and corners are they adjacent to openings ie windows? hth

No most of the bubbling is in the middle of walls not near doors or windows.

A few more pictures
Thanks for the photos
The problem appears to be within the wall
Do you have Bathrooms or wet areas nearby inside the house are there water pipes within the wall?
Along with Photos/images I do recommend that you have the correct tools & data when problem solving
as there are many solutions

This video is probably a little more informative regarding tool uses, please post back once you have determined whats within the wall, pity your painter didn't have one?

It sounds like a problem with your computer software, browser, java script, whatever?
If you have a mobile device/phone that plays You tube videos
Then watch this on your phone and update your Computer Software/browser
What to do if Google chrome can't play YouTube videos or any other video

I think it's a problem with your post. There's no video attached or linked to.
