We are seriously thinking of buying a little house in Adelaide which has a fairly boring post-war exterior. I love character homes and villa/bungalow/cottage facades, but this house ticks every box apart from that one.
Does anyone have any experience or ideas on how to modernise/pretty up this exterior? I am thinking a full paint (white window frames and a light grey on the render) but would love to know if anyone else has done something similar with awnings or anything else on a similar home.
