level the ground with self-levelling or yellow tongue PB boa

Hi guys,

I want to do some floor levelling before laying the planks and am considering doing it with self-levelling or yellow tongue PB board.
I am wondering which one will be more easier and efficient. (Our floor was painted.)
Are there any disadvantages to laying yellow tongue PB board? Easier than self-levelling? Need to nail the PB board into the concrete?
What are the points that need to be considered for self-levelling?

If I could get some expert advice on both works' steps?

Thanks.
