Apparently the new compression bandages are designed so the web of the bandage (the pattern made by the interlocking threads, i hope that makes sense) actually changes shape to a square when the bandages are pulled to the correct tension. A great new visual indicator to give people the confidence they have installed the bandage at the correct compression.
Great advice about compression bandage, I did not know about that one.
If you have emergency how will you find the right stuff in a hurry?
Anyway that prompted me to do some research and I found snake bite kit at Anaconda for $15, I think it's a great kit to have handy in a first aid box.
