Post & beam ?

Hello fellow renovators.

I recently saw this house & land for sale, and was interested in it as it's being offered "as is" ad I wondered firstly, if this
house would be classified as a post & beam, and secondly, if it seemed to be built right as it doesn't seem to have bracing of any sort.

Thanks!

Looking at the photo I would assume that the posts are well sunk into the ground providing a rigid connection instead of bracing.

Once the mud brick walls are erected that should provide additional bracing.

If I was lookig to buy I would like to see the structural drawin.gs to confirm.
