Second owner builder project coming up. It's so difficult in WA to find others who have done this at a mid-high level in the country. Building in Bridgetown, country builders didn't even ask questions on our first plan sketch up, they just said $800k just like that. That can only mean it goes up from there. Does anyone have trade contacts in Bunbury/Bridgetown? Easy to get electrician/plumber, but someone professional to do the rendering? Brick laying team? Roofing? Carpenter?
Any info would be wonderful. Thanx.
