Not sure if it's just me, but I'm finding this an interesting read at the design stage of my planning. It's good to check that what you have in mind is going to be legal not just feasible.

Helps me to check basic things like max roof height, min ceiling heights, clearances etc. Couldn't find a link to this elsewhere.

Fixed it. Cut the beginning of the address off.
Just be aware that it is not current, there have been amendments. You can check online for the amendments.
Yeah. It is only to get a general idea but I found it handy nonetheless.
