Additional costs associated with 3m high ceilings (vs 2.7m)

The cost of plasterboard works out to around 11% more. How much extra does the labour generally cost? 11% more? For the wall component only, or ceilings too???

What about bricklayers? Do they charge extra for going higher? Or just simply per brick?

Just trying to work out how much extra it would cost for higher ceilings...
Also longer studs, bracing, bulk heads and transport for frames will add to cost. Working higher, might incur additional costs.
