REC or Q.CELLS

We signed up for an electrical solar system but not sure if we made the right decision.
We chose REC panels over Q.Cells.
First of all we were told that they are on-par so no point spending extra $500 on the same thing (that was the price difference).

I'm looking at specifications and it says that REC are manufactured in Singapore and Q.Cells in Europe. Both have 25 years warranty.
We'll need 12 REC panels @ 250W instead of 13 Q.Cells @ 240W.
Output for REC will be 3.00KW and for Q.Cells - 3.12KW.

Any comments on either panels? Have we made the right decision?
