Opticomm TV Cabling

Hi Guys,

Trying to work out my cabling requirements before getting to tender and have a question with regards to TV connections and Opticomm.

If I want to wire rooms for FTA TV and Foxtel (on the possibility that we decide in the future that we want it), do I need to get 2x RG6 connections to each potential TV location or can it all be done from a single RG6 at each point?

Thanks.
You'll need 2 points. 1 for fta and 1 for foxtel.
For FTA TV, You require 1 x RG6.

Foxtel Cable - 1 x RG6
Foxtel Satellite - 2 x RG6.
For FTA TV, You require 1 x RG6.

Foxtel Cable - 1 x RG6
Foxtel Satellite - 2 x RG6.

As he is in a opticomm area, foxtel is provided through the fibre ntd. It's installed the same as a cable install.

As such, the satellite install info is useless.
