Cost of buying Cat6 data cable

I have been looking at the cost of bulk cat6 cable. Seems that is costs about $250+ for 305m locally. Is there any reason I cannot buy it from the US for ~$92 plus shipping. See link below. Does cable need to be accredited by Aust authorities to be 'legally' laid?

I would propose to have my cable person install the cable.

Looks like a good way to save a couple of hundred dollars.

I got a great price here, based in Riverstone, Sydney:

The cable has AS/ACIF S008:2001 printed on it.

So Pugs if I understand this correctly, You use Krone cables because it easier to lay and the reels in the 305m boxes are easy to use.
So in other words all Cable 6 brands are around the same quality?>
Thanks

no Krone is actually the cheapest compared to other brands from certain suppliers add the ease of use for (professionals) to use it.. it wins.. other brands are all on "spec" but then it coems down to the how the cable is boxed up
Having looked around a bit more, you can buy a 305m box of cat6 cable for ~$150.

could try www.4cabling.com.au its 115 ex gst

the rest of their stuff is fairly cheap compared to everywhere else and it is all a-tick compliant.
