Has anyone used these products? I have a room 7.5 mtrx4.5 mtr is at rear of house with 2 internal and 2 external walls will be dedicated home theatre currently has rockwoll ins on all walls with std 10mm plaster was going to upgrade with layer of 16 fire check on all walls and poss add second stuuded wall with air gap on the 2 internal walls .Noticed add for barrier board if i were to use this will it have same insulation effect as second wall on internal side ?

Sam There is a much stronger glue than liquid nails. It's called T Rex and will stick your timber to the concrete. Cheers Simeon
