hi all - Does anyone have any experience building in the Hunters Hill Council area? Specifically, were they reasonable with DA approvals in terms of timing, requirements, demolition etc?
Also, has anyone demolished/built in a conservation area - and what were your experiences?
Any insights are appreciated.
