Concrete encasement

Hi, can anyone please confirm if the below diagram means the sewer is concrete encased?
Is it a newly registered block?

If so, it probably means it need a to be encased.

This was a big block of land and then was subdivided into 5 lots by a developer and this diagram is in our contract of sale.
The developer then can confirm 100%

It is very unlikely to be concrete encased.

Concrete encasement is only normally done if there are plans to build within the easement before the construction is started.

If you want to build close to the sewer this link has some information; http://anewhouse.com.au/2012/01/building-on-pipeline-easements-or-close-to/
Take 2 minutes to register with Dial Before you Dig:

Then order the plans yourself-They are free and might give a bit more information you can use to 'truth' on site.

General Discussion

The concreter will take and reuse. In my case I bought structural LVLs and scraped them back and used them as joists.
