Termite systems - Coral homes Ripley

If anyone has built in the Ripley area and had a steel frame, what termite management system did Coral Homes use?
From what I understand they use a "visual barrier", that being your eyes... This also requires you to leave > 75mm of your slab edge exposed from things like landscaping to maintain the visual barrier.

I encourage you to quiz them on this as my information may be outdated. Majority of builders prefer to use a physical or chemical barrier such as Termimesh or Kordon respectively as well as a visual barrier.
After doing some research it confirms they only use a visual barrier. That being the exposed slab edge and your eyes only. Link below for more info

Also, some additional reading from the Queensland Building Construction Commission

Hope this helps!
Thanks for the info! I was concerned that because of the steel frame, they did not have to use any protection. I will query them before the build commences.
You're more than welcome! Let us know how you go.
