Advise on new land retainer wall

Evening all, my first post so bare with me,,,,

We have just put a deposit down on some land and have noticed the retainer wall that the developer has put up around an electricity box in the corner of the plant is over the dimensions of what they have communicated on the builder plan.

As per pic - the actual length of the retainer wall is coming in at 6 v 5.2 and width of 6.4 v 6.0 the wall has only been finish in the last few days.

its now eaten into the plot and potentially will throw our house plan out

I plan to speak to the developer tomorrow nut just wanted to get your thoughts on my options?
