Roof Aluminium Foil

Hi there,

The builder finished installing the roof on the house, but I noticed an aluminium foil sheet which was installed from the inside of the roof. Would anyone know what this foil is used for and why is it not covering the whole internal of the roof

Ordinarily i'd say it could be the anticon insulation blanket like below... but the fact there's barely any of whatever it is has me puzzled. I can't see what purpose or benefit it serves, only having a little bit on part of the edge there.
