My builder is using advance bricks mocha

Can i have some feedback about it, is this better than PGH or same quality?
Also he is using bradnams window
https://www.bradnams.com.au/
again is this same quality as A& L or worse?
Roof tiles he is using monier roof tiles
please let me know.

If the bricks meet the AS3700 for dimensional size, compressive strength and match the display walls in colour and texture. Each manufacturer should provide bricks that meet these requirements, if not they should be downgraded to seconds.
These vary batch to batch.
Tell the builder you're paying for 1st quality bricks with a colour and texture based on the manufacturers display walls and that's what he needs to supply and lay. If he doesn't do that, there'll be problems.
You pick the brick based on the aesthetic look that you like.
