I am new in here, First POST.
My builder Rawson homes proposed driveway gradient only 6% (slop from road to garage) at first contract now they are saying 12%.
(This is due to restrictions of maximum allowable fill of 1000mm for CDC approval).
I think Council approved 1m cut and 1m fill. Now the second drawing not included any plan for DEB.
Is any other options to level the dwelling as much as
to road??
