Hi all,
We decided to build Vantage 35 with some changes on lvl 1in Brisbane.
Just want to run the idea to help us validate our idea. It will be our house for 10yrs with 2 kids. So instead of 4 bedroom upstair, we convert into 3 masters, all with walkin wardrope, shower, toilet and bathtub.
So we only have 3beds with walkin wardrope and ensuite with bathtub upstair and 1 guess room (current used as media room) 1toilet downstair.
In term of investment wise, is it a good idea?
