Occupancy Certificate

When you receive your occupancy certificate, should you receive all the other documentation with it like the waterproofing, termite barrier, double glazing, insulation etc, or does this get given on day of handover. Also, is there a certain time frame from being given your occupancy certificate to when handover should be. Thank you.

If the vapour barrier is there, and the builder has photographic evidence of it, this is usually should satisfy your certifier, unless he is not happy with something else…

I don’t think so as the floor area over 300 square meters then it is class 3….
