Been looking through here for some time, long time lurker, first time poster.
We bought our land in Barden Ridge (Sutherland Shire) late last year, it's not due to register until Mid 2019. We've decided to build with Jandson Homes, we accepted the tender and are waiting for our working drawings now.
We've gone with the Australis, but have made quite a few adjustments so it's almost custom.
We've received our colour pack and trying to decide on our bricks and external colours. It's been an exciting process so far, but a long one! Luckily we have plenty of time to make all our decisions so hopefully once our land registers we're ready to go!
Would love to hear others experiences with Jandson and hopefully hear from others building in our new development too!

Wish you all the best. Once you signed the contract, they will find millions excuses to charge you. And have seen their sites unfinished for a long time.
