New builder so lots of stupid questions are bound to come up..
I wanted to know when does the building contract starts in regards to the building time frame?
What is the (standard?) steps with regards to building.
In regards to my process so far..
Land is registered.
Finance is unconditional.
Land deposit paid
Building deposit paid
and that's all I know...
