This is my first time building a new home and I was so excited until my slab was laid. I don't know it this is the way the corners are supposed to look. The house is a 2 story timber framed home. Will the corners hold up that weight? Or is this the norm?

Check your engineering drawings for effective concrete cover for the reinforcement
Did you get photos of the reinforcement placement ?
Also check to make sure all expose steel is Hot Dipped Galvanised

The concreter will take and reuse. In my case I bought structural LVLs and scraped them back and used them as joists.
