Porter Davis KDRB Vancouver 33

Hi guys, we are in the Knox area KDRB. We are looking at a 6 meter set back to build. We are sitting on a very generous sized block with an 11 meter setback currently. Our neighbors are sitting on a 6 meter set back as they demolished two years ago.

We also know builders will have issues but that’s ok. It’s up to all of us to go all detective on them and to establish great relationships because most of the time it’s quantity over quality and these builders, contractors etc are under the pump most of the time and mistakes happen. My theory is, if it can be fixed! No worries. There will be delays, we know, there will be anxiety, we know, things will happen but at the end of the day DUE DILIGENCE is KING. Compare apples with apples, because at the end of the day they are contracted to fix any thing that may or may not go wrong. On the plus side, It’s exciting and wonderfully overwhelming. Sales, contracts, site starts etc. it’s boring, but exciting to know Rome wasn’t built in a day.

Anyway, has anyone out there in this matrix built the Vancouver 33 with Porter Davis and has finished. We would love to see the finished master piece that Porter Davis built. Take care and I’m hoping someone is out there.
