We paid a deposit on our land in April 2017 and are still waiting on the land to register, it is currently with Land Registry Services and we are hoping to hear that it has registered within the next few weeks.
Our contract has just come through and we are meeting with our consultant on the weekend to go through it all. We are also booked in for our tile appointment at Beaumont’s next weekend.
Changes we have made:
- Have removed the pillar and installed a corner stacker door off the family/dining room (yet to be updated on below plan)
- Extended the walk in robe and moved the master bedroom door closer to the front door
- Placed three feature rectangle holes in the wall between the living/family room ( saw it in another display home & really liked the look of it)
- Upgraded to Mornington façade
