I am looking to build a bordeaux 45, does anyone know what the starting price is in adelaide or any other state.

Last I heard the Bordeaux 58 was about 630k. Base price. That was a year ago.
The 45 might be 40/50k less but might be a good thing to approach an M salesperson and ask as prices do rise.
One other suggestion. The display is upgraded to the max.
When I enquired about the 58 3 plus years ago just the house as is was 1.2M.
