The slab is down, and we now have a fence around the building site.
The plumber returned and has placed all the storm water pipes in ( sealed system via tank) and also put the grinder tank in down the side of the house.

Pleased how level the site is now it’s been back filled.

We have still have not heard from the site supervisor who takes over from Slab supervisor. It would be good to know where too from here.

Our frame arrived sooner than expected. We have been told it will be erected after Christmas. Roof and bricking to commence mid January.

Hebel Flooring PLUS Insulation or Not?

1000000% definitely add insulation. I have in my home and it makes a big difference minimising sound transfer. Insulation is pretty cheap and definitely worth it
