Has anyone any experiences with them please? They seem good so far.
Not sure if its the same company. I built with a company called Spectrum House & Land P/L about 10 years ago and would never do it with them again. Selections were very limited and material used were bad. Even had a cracked tile in my roof and when the storm came 2 months later, the ceiling was damaged. Contacted them for repair but never came and had to resort to insurer given the urgency.
I later heard they went under not long after. Here is their ABN look up (https://abr.business.gov.au/SearchByAbn ... 8115772426), which is different to your Spectrum Homes. May be just a similar name....
