Oxygen Range - Rivergum

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has built one of the Oxygen Range homes with Rivergum? What have your experiences been? Any advice you would give for a couple who have just signed their contract and are preparing for the building to commence?

We initially had Rivergum quote us for the landscaping, perimeter paving/driveway, fencing and retaining walls, but have since decided to get these things done externally. So if you have any recommendations, please let me know.

We've never built a house before and am worried about who should do the retaining walls - is it usually the builder? Or is it better to get it done externally?

What order have you done it? Retaining walls > Paving > Fencing > Landscaping? We will only have 1.5m down the side of our house so are stressing about when to do the retaining walls (have been told that access will be difficult after the build as we won't be able to get a decent sized machine down the back?)

Any tips with this kind of thing would be so appreciated.
