Dunedin 29 by porter davis

Hi all, looking at building the Dunedin 29 by porter davis. Any tips on things you wish you had done.
We are wanting the alfresco, raked ceiling and soaker tub options. If you have done these upgrades do you think they were worth the cost?
Any advise greatly appreciated
