Still undecided on Facade:
Peninsula Vs Isla
What do you guys think?

Welcome to what I hope is a enjoyable experience. Sounds like you've selected/upgrade most of the usual stuff some minor pointers we've found:
The zone control switches may not be integrated to your AC unit, double check as it would be much better if it was (at a minimum we would have liked to upgrade the switches to Saturn to match all other switches)
Have the liquidated damages/late delivery penalty fee push as high as you can, I'd advise $1000/800 per week. If Metricon don't agree "thats not our standard terms...." you can just call them out on it that they should never need to pay as they won't be late..... you could go as far as waving the first months delay.
Experience says jobs are either a few weeks late or over 6 months.
Enjoy the ride.

Thanks - Great suggestion regarding late penalty - will defo raise it.
Those switches look hideous - Seriously what were they thinking!
Added to my list for electrical appointment (due in 4 weeks)
Take a look at my facade. Its a best of both world - combination of peninsula with the corner butt window of Isla.
Love that window - we have one too. Just be warned that you can't get a double glazed butt joined window - ours is the only single glazed one in the house!
How much for the upgrades???

Hi,
Nice upgrades. Can I ask what you were quoted in your contract for the cooling, alarm intercom and camera, and laundry fit out. Thanks.
Hi pc3d
How is it all going?
Have you received the final plans yet?
