Thinking of constructing 25sq house in western suburbs Melbourne.
Do not want something very fancy but the usual, stone bench, 2.7 high ceilings, wooden floor.
How do u calculate counstruction cost?
Do not want to go to a builder blank
Any small builder recommendations?

It might be a bit darker in the mornings but the light is still light, so you should be getting it. Similar to what you see from your western windows
