Migrating existing ADSL to new home (requiring Lead-In)

Hi.

I am moving to my newly built home and thinking of migrating my Naked ADSL account from the rental home to there.
Since it is a newly built home, the builder has place conduit leading toward the Telsta phone pit.

Is it possible for an ISP provider (internode) to organise a lead in (and connection to the pit) without me having to go through to Telstra and sign up for a new phone plan.

Has anyone had any success in this?
Yeah the ISP will just get Telstra to come out and do the work and send you the bill.

As above, Telstra will do the cabling work so your current provider can organise the cabling through a move order and pass on the charge from Telstra
