Boutique Builders do you know if you can request a new Prestart Consultant? We have had so many communication issues from the very beginning leaving us frustrated, disappointed and confused. We feel maybe our consultant just has too many jobs on at once. It's been 6 months of misunderstanding, just missing allocated appointments, never having enough time, not reading emails clearly, blaming the back and forth trail for any confusion, blaming email addresses details, pushing for decisions and timelines without resolving our very first minor questions which was in response to developer rejections not even our changes. Has anyone else requested a new Prestart Consultant? What has the process been for everyone else? Help! We don't want this sour taste anymore. Would love to resolve it so building can begin fresh and with all the important things in place to ensure a great build.
