Eames 15 - Metricon. Building our first home.

Hi everyone.

We are currently building our first home, it is a modest size house, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 car garage.

I thought I would set up a thread as most of the ones i've found on here are for much larger houses.

Our house is almost finished but I will post progress pics from when it was first started through to now.

We pushed the back wall back 900mm, pushed the side wall through garage and bedroom out and out through kitchen dining to make the space between the kitchen island and the wall wider.

Brick half done, solar on roof.
It was at this stage our house was flooded after someone cut our pipes trying to steal copper. They had to dry the house out and order new gib which was in a pile ready to install, this put us back a week.

I am going to meet the site manager for our PCI meeting at 9am tomorrow morning. so excited.

Also looking forward to seeing our oven and kitchen splash back.

Hopefully the site has been cleaned and its all ready for our landscaper to build our deck starting monday.

Thanks for sharing Nice to see a smaller build on here. Looks good. Did you upgrade much from the standard? Eames was one of the designs I looked at when I was looking for builders.
