Building on odd shape block

Hi Team

My first post here.
I'm looking at buying a block of land roughly 412square meters. The front of the block is 12 m wide but by the time you go to the 5 meter setback which is required the land is 12.5 meters wide. in other words the land get wider the further it goes in to the block from the front. My question is can i look at houses to build with a min 12.5m lot width or do i need to go down to 12m.

Thank you for your help
Our block widens as it goes back too. Our frontage is 10m but the house we are about to start building required a 14m frontage. So you should be able to look at houses with a 12.5 min lot width. I have some drawings on my thread.

Thanks Mrs W
I thought that might be the case
Yeah our block is the same, get wider the more pushed back. Our frontage was under 12, but still got a 12.5 house on it
