Anyone building or has built in Lollipop Hill? Would like to know your site costs, if the area is generally okay ie less rocks, soil test, etc.

We are building with Henley in Lollipop Hill stage 137 and our site costs for fixed came to almost 26K. But a lot of builder are quoting only around 12-16K variable for waffle pod slabs.
