First Time Home Build

Hi guys,

Just wanted to get some opinions on a reliable home builder in Perth, WA. We had a chat with BGC and B1 homes recently but their reviews on productreview seemed sketchy. Please let me know your thoughts on them if anyone has built with them before? Also would really appreciate any recommendations on which builder to speak to? Many thanks

We are currently building our second home, and believe that deciding on a builder will be best determined on your building budget. Different builders cater for different clients and their spending ability.
Our first build was with Celebration homes, and our current build is with Dale Alcock. Both in the ABN group, both exceptional companies to deal with. I can only speak on behalf of the companies within the ABN and will give my 2 cents worth.
Builders like Homebuyers & Celebrations etc aim to benefit first homebuyers, and people with a lower budget.
Dale Alcock & APG aim for people looking to spend approx $220k - $350k
Webb & Brown-Neaves are the high end of the ABN group. Specialise more in 2 storey homes therefore you would see build costs exceed $350k+
