What's masterton been like to deal with? What you building? I'm looking at builders to build in Wadalba
Hi Scott - building the 'Symphony 2'. Masterton have been fine so far. We've got our colour appointment in 4 weeks. I've read good and bad reviews about them. I think it comes down to your builders though. So fingers crossed the central coasties are great.

We bought in Nov and land registered and settled in Dec. Just need to have our colour appointments with Masterton in & suppliers done. Thinking they'll start around April maybe? We're on Norwood Place! Who are you guys building with?

We are building with Montgomery Homes. Wow you only recently brought yours. I thought everything in our stage was already sold when we brought around September when someone else pulled out. A few houses have already started building already!
We got our land late too, as the original purchaser couldn't commit. Can't wait to get things rolling, once the colour process is sorted we should see something.
It's all happening! We have been overseas for a few weeks so we are going this weekend to see if there are any chances to the estate now. Just before we left there were a few slabs already down! So exciting
Wow that is exciting. Hopefully we get up there soon. I think masterton said it'll take about 8wks after colours are in for construction to start
I would think 8 weeks would be a new record for them.
