Thought Id start my own thread and give abit back as Ive had alot of help with pricing of extras from this forum

Building the Marcoola 30 with a few extensions.

Yay cant wait to watch it all get going! Good luck! I will be waiting a few more months for my land to register so my marcoola build can start. You must be excited!

Sure they shouldnt change now! Lol
Had abit of panic after our first selections and had to make amendments, but hopefully they all look okay together...I may paint the render a natural white after we move in if I dont like it..Lol

I didnt think I was indecisive before this build but now I just dont know!lol

Really happy with inclusions and additions we've made, its time to build now though..

In hindsight probably would have just gone the "32" and removed some of the alfresco cause thats where the pools going, but I think I love it once its built

Autocad. Their actually ultra hd render but must have compressed when i uploaded them so they look really crap.

Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder…
