Our Clarendon Parkhill 29 Build in Brisbane

We started our journey with Clarendon earlier in February. We are building a modified Parkhill 29 with Sapphire Inclusions.

Upgrade & Modifications

Facade: Oxford with Render and Cladding to Front and Rear. Bag and Paint to the sides.
Ceiling Height: 2750mm
Front door: 1020mm wide
Theatre: soundproofing & flush panel hinged doors
Study Room: flushed panel hinged door
Powder Room: additional shower
Alfresco: Beam for corner stacker door to the Alfresco
Extended concrete slab (8750mm x 3000mm)
Kitchen Bench: 20mm stone waterfall ends to bench as well as a 150mm extension
In sinkerator & Plumbing to Fridge
