Custom home with gj gardner

Hi,

I thought i would start a new thread for my build. I am going it alone so thought it would be nice to have some like minded people to share with...

So far I have pretty much finalised my floorplan and chosen my exterior colours and most of the interior...

I think I have uploaded the photos correctly...let me know if it didnt work!

Love your colour selections!

I love your exterior colour selections. Can you tell me where you will be using the greys? I have my interior colours sorted but have no clue where to begin with exterior

Hi ninnygray, thanks! the dark grey is windspray which will be the roof and gutters and the lighter one is surfmist for the fascia. The bricks are PGH Blue Steel Flash and the other pic will be the colour of the garage...

Hi charlibear, thank you! The bricks are pgh blue steel flash. The colours have turned out alot different from what I originally had in mind but I think they will work well...
I've designed the house from scratch with a building designer and my local gj gardner office has taken on the job to build it. It helps that the consultant will be my new neighbour!

I thought they were blue steel flash my favourite bricks. My GJ office didn't offer blue steel flash, so we have blue rio.

It is a very unique design and very well done to maximise space.

That's so handy to have your consultant as your new neighbour!!

Okay, here are some of my interior selections



Top left is the tile for kitchen splashback
Underneath that is the cupboard colours the dark one is for the island
Top right is the benchtop
Bottom right is the open shelves for each side of the rangehood which will be stainless steel (as for all appliances)
Bottom left is the laminate floor
Then there is the wall colour
And the carpet for the bedrooms
