We are also starting the process to build with Beachwood Constructions - i've started a thread where i'll update on our experience and progress with them.

My land is being prepared for slab finally
They have started on my block today after being 3 weeks behind. Was meant to be 21 days to get to base stage but they started site preparation this week
Looks like they are doing piping and digging
Finally have a solid settlement date for our land - 26/9/17 - next tuesday yay!

Haven't posted for a while as the builders were off over Christmas. Tiles have been all finished which is great! Picked out all the furniture for the house already. Not long to go.
