Facades

Anyone regretting spending extra money upgrading their facade to a fancy one with a balcony only to have never used it?

Not at the moment. I like the extra light and airflow we get through the house by having the sliding doors.

Unless it's ridiculously extra. It is worth it. You'll get it back in the value of your house.
I didn't even ask how much our facade cost as it made our house look awesome.
